Not allowed

Stolen bikes, parts or gear, or anything you can't show you have the right to sell.

Bikes with a removed, altered or unreadable frame or serial number.

Counterfeit or replica parts sold as genuine.

Batteries without UN38.3 certification, and loose lithium-ion batteries offered for shipping by air.

Services that remove speed limiters or change a bike's classification, sold as such.

Bikes described as street legal when they aren't.

If you see one

Report the listing and choose "Prohibited item". If you think a bike is stolen, also tell the police where it was taken, and write to trust@e-mototrader.com.
